Participation in The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino Cashback Program is open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence where the games are not prohibited. Employees of The Sands of the Caribbean® (the "Casino"), its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate. A person who participates or downloads the casino software is hereafter called a "Player" or collectively "Players".
By downloading the Casino software, opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the games, or acceptance of any payout or prize, Player represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:
1. Player becomes party to the terms and conditions specified by Casino's normal Promotion Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, including any revisions, which may periodically take place. At least once per month, Player agrees to review the terms and conditions.
2. Player understands that insurance claim payouts will be made in the form of casino chips to be used for real play at the Casino.
3. On the 10th of each month, a monthly statement email will be sent out with the details of any cashback awards the Player may be eligible for based on the previous month's play at the Casino. A positive balance resulting from more than $10,000 in winnings from previous months will not be included in the calculation of total losses for the current month. Player understands that he/she must claim the cashback by responding to this email requesting the credit be made to his applicable account.
4. Player fully understands that cashback awards will be paid out based only on funds deposited via sanctioned depositing methods which include NETeller, Western Union, Bank Drafts/Wires, Checks, or ECP.
5. Player fully understands that cashback awards based on deposits made via other methods including Credit Cards, FirePay and Citadel will be honored at the sole discretion of the Casino. Such cases will be handled on a case by case basis, and for only those accounts that are in good standing with ECash Direct UK. Further the Player understands the Casino has the right deny any claim, or choose to process after a six (6) month hold period from the time of the deposit associated with the loss.
6. To maintain a high level of security, the Casino performs random security checks prior to paying out cashback claims. Player hereby accepts that the Casino maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify Player’s identity and age. 4. The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino, CryptoLogic Inc., WagerLogic Limited and ECash Direct (UK) Limited reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion.
5. The maximum amount that The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino will credit in the form of a bonus or complimentary credit (i.e. a "COMP") to any household during any calendar month is set at $500, regardless of the number of accounts a customer may have opened.
6. Effective May 1, 2003 the following games will be restricted from counting towards the total wagering amount required to cash-in any promotion:

7. Players from China, Denmark, Latvia, Hungary, Croatia (Hrvatska), Bulgaria, Israel, Finland, Hong Kong and the Ukraine will NOT be allowed to claim any monthly promotional offers including referral bonuses due to unacceptable levels of promotion abuse from players in these regions.
8. All monthly promotions will have a minimum wagering requirement associated with them (which may change from month to month (?!) ). The minimum wagering requirement to cash-in promotional bonuses begins immediately after the free money has been credited to the player's real account, but not until such time. To be in compliance with a monthly promotion, players must either meet the minimum wagering requirement or lose 2 times the promotional amount during the month the player received the bonus.
9. The minimum wagering requirement must be fulfilled no later than 30 days after the promotion has been credited to a players account. Failure to meet the minimum wagering requirement within 30 days will be cause for the promotional bonus to be forfeited by the player and for the casino to no longer allow future monthly promotions to be credited to said player's account.
10. Any player who withdraws their deposit which triggers the promotion to be credited to their account before they have met the minimum wagering requirement will be considered a bonus abuser. 13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the casino manager will be considered full and final.
14. Employees, officers and directors of The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
15. In case of abuse, The Sands of the Caribbean® Online Casino reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing the casino in the future. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified from any promotional offer and have all bonuses reversed and / or forfeited.

Ok, what do we have? 100% up to $50 welcome bonus, 10% many back guarantee with X40 wager requirements(!) for the current month. And the Loyalty program in addition. Plus not very clear Terms and conditions. I'm not impressed..Though if you are not a professional bonus hunter you can't go wrong with this reputable casino. Just read carefully and often (!) T&C and don't hesitate to get in touch with their support on any questions.

Advantages:

- they still provide you with some free bucks, don't they?

Disadvantages:
- X40 wager requirements
- unclear terms and conditions (just try not to abuse a promotion even if you don't know what they mean under "an abuse of a promotion" ;)
