I often play at casinos from Grandvirtual.
I had never problems with them but now i am waiting for my winnings since 4 weeks. I contacted Grandvirtual about casinotreasure, elegance, imperial and so on, but i got no answer.

I have just played at Imperial Casino. I made a deposit of 30$. I never got the promised Bonus and my emails were never answered. The last Stunt is that i cant get acces to my account. I havent tried to be locked out from one of my Casino Accounts since the Happy Days in March 2002. When VEGASUSA, now owned by Trident Lounge Group,
locked all danish Residents Accounts.
But this time i will not wait 4 month to get my deposit back.

Has anyone ever won a royal flush at a grandvirtual powered casino. My query comes as I play these a lot (fullpay JoB, no reversals and fast payers) but I have had numerous 4 to a royal but never a royal.

Have had royals and multiple royals at every other software where I play at this level and consistency so would like some reassurance that royal flushes have occured with this software.

i've wondered the same thing too for quite a while - i've played loads at GV casinos but have never hit a royal - and only one straight flush for that matter. Neither have I hit higher than a Full House when playing $25 per hand which did make me wonder if the larger wins were "switched off" for higher bets

As long as I can remember (around 2 years) players have been asking if anyone ever hit a Royal at GVGA-casinos. So far I've never heard of anyone.

Footzoul you dont know what you are talking about, concerning Imperial Casino.

They dont give you the promised bonus, they dont answer emails and the last they do is locking you out from their website.
Thats only my personal experience from 040303 to this day and it is the first time a casino have done that to me, in my 2 years old online gambling experience. But never mind i will get my deposit on the one or the other way.

TI had my account locked and all winnings (2965$) void by casino Elegance which is part of Grand Virtual Casinos
The casino had no reason to lock my account. They said I was banned and that's it.
This group of casino is monitered by online gaming alliance.
I filed a complain on the site www.gamingalliance.org and I was told by the manager Robert J. Porter that it seems most people don't complain about this casino so he thinks it's my fault although they have no proves against me.
I belive every player who was treated unfairly by this group should complain and maybe if they get enough complains they will understand this group are stealing people's money.

Sorry to hear about this Marcelos. I am a little surprised that Casino Elegance and the gamingalliance.org gave no reason for locking your account (or did they?) Keep in mind that these two sites are reportedly owned by the same people. The grand virtual group of multi-lingual casinos were true market leaders some 3-4 years ago. You don't hear much about them these days, apart from their semi high profile sale a few months back.

I played them on September 2004 and won 5875$ there they asked me for documentation and after approving them they only return my deposit back (1000$) they stiffed me for 5000$ winnings with no reason
I completed the wagering in blackjack which was allowed and cashout the winnings the bonus was sticky so I played him also for a total of about 5000$ winnings
I tried couple of complaints to several webmaster thinking maybe without publicity it would be better but till now nothing help

kashmir , I hate to see this. After a period of time you should have brought it to the players. We cant let crackhead casino stay in business. It hurts is all. And some webmaster don't care at all. To make a long story short I deposited 1,000$ ended up with 3965$ and got only my deposit back.
This means 2965$ of my winnings are held by the casino.
I can only charge back the deposit, therefore it won't help me much.
