My bonus went to a seperate bonus account instead of into my real account and then had to be wagered at some ungodly high rate before it was even available to transfer to your real account! You THEN had to wager an additional 10x deposit and bonus once it was transferred to your real account. Their email had the nerve to say this is for the players benefit and the rate at which the bonus transfers to the real account is inconsequential! What nerve, what a scam. I recommend playing here- NOT!

Every different person I've talked to has given me a different total for my wagering! Every person! Wow, hard to believe they can't just punch it up on their side. I got back from my two day, one night Las Vegas jaunt late this afternoon. (A winning trip for both my son and I) When I turned on my computer I learned that Music Hall had not followed through with their promised payment. I went up to their website and initiated yet another chat with their customer service. This time there was a problem with their bank or their weekend crew, but my money was safe and would certainly be shipped to me today. I asked them if they were having any financial problems, and they assured me that there were NO problems and I really, really would get my money soon, with NO FURTHER DELAYS. They promised. I'm hoping that they follow through this time, but I've taken them out of my benefit of the doubt column and put them into my "careless with the truth" column. I've heard from several people that my money is absolutely safe with these people, but, to me, the proof of this will now only be apparent when my winnings have been safely transferred into my accounts. I wouldn't feel right recommending them to my friends after this.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my cash-in safely nestled in my Neteller account this morning.
Even though I enjoyed playing at this casino, I dislike being given the runaround when it is time for me to get paid. They made a mistake, they should have made a real effort to rectify it quickly rather than cycle it through again on their normal schedule. No one enjoys being made to wait twice as long for their money. I got my money, and, to some, that would be enough. To me, I think I'll continue to give the bulk of my repeat business to those casinos that offer individual and excellent customer service to me.

Music Hall Sucks! They are yanking me around and delaying my cashin. I'd say stay away until they get their act together. Twice now they have returned my deposit to my account saying I have not met wagering requirements (which is NOT true, I exceeded them), despite the manager telling me in the interim that they were mistaken and I had met the requirements. They are too screwed up to even get this small cashin done right, I would hate to have a big cashin pending with them.

Well after I blasted them in email about this, they tell me they made a mistake about the w/r (again) and were processing my cashin immediately and I should have it in neteller in 1-2 days.

WI sign up for an account at Music Hall Casino thru Meister Portal. Upon logging in my account I see a balance of 0.01. I havent made a deposit or nothing. I ask support to remove it, they stated that they couldn't. I don't wont to get caught up in a, "Well there was bonus money in your account and you didnt follow the terms."

This is a bit off topic, but i dont think Winward groups is financially strong. I think the sofware sucks, and they sometimes dont pay winners. Also they used to own Delano Casino with RTG software, which closed down, and wais having problems getting a thounsand dollar winnings paid to me (took about 3 weeks) Havent heard any complaints for a while , but there used to be..

I have foolishly been playing deuces wild power poker at microgaming casinos and have constantly been below the number of expected 4 deuces. Today I played 23,000 hands at music hall - and recieved just one line of 4 deuces. In total at this casino I have played over 40,000 hands, I have not had the royal but that could just be bad luck. My last session today was of 15,000 hands and I did not hit 4 deuces once - and I have had this at other casinos before. I have NEVER felt so cheated in my whole life. Although obviously a game of high variance, my results are pretty similar across other microgaming casinos. To me, 15,000 hands without hitting 4 deuces on the back of a session of nearly 9,000 hands with just one seems very very wrong..

I assume when you write hand, you mean an individual hand, rather than a deal consisting of 4 hands. This is consistent with the remark about royals.

According to the Wizard, the probability of 4 deuces in 4-play deuces wild is 0.000205. Unfortunately, the hands are not independent, but I am going to ignore this, and it should not make too big a difference.

The probability of not hitting 4 deuces in 15000 hands is 4.6%. The probability of hitting 4 deuces exactly once in 9000 hands is 29%, the probability of not hitting 4 deuces at all is 16%. The probability of hitting 4 deuces only 0 or 1 times in 9000 hands is 45%.

The conclusion is that these data are not evidence of cheating, you were not even exceptionally unlucky. If you play every day, you should expect such a bad result to happen about every three weeks.
