Thanks to a few postings with their representative in the poker section here I tried their regular casino. I had not played microgaming in a long time due to an issue with another licensee. I loved the games. I mostly played spanish 21. Met the requirements on their $200 free for $50 deposit bonus and cashed out $1400, eventually giving back $200 of it. I must say Lucky Nugget you have done a great job with the forums, it shows you are open to ideas and makes me know if there is ever an issue it will get resolved. Not just here but at the zoo as well. You have won me as a part time customer, I unfortunately have alot of commitments in poker land so I dont have alot of free time Wed-Sun. Two questions though
1. Can a player transfer from poker to casino? What about player to player? I guess not considering the back end is different but maybe there is a way?
2. I made a deposit by prepaidatm, I have already withdrawn my deposit amount and then some do I have to continue to withdraw prepaidatm or could I withdraw neteller after withdrawing my original amount? Many poker rooms are funny about this even though there is no risk after the original amount is cashed out but it appears it is possible here at Lucky Nugget.

wow, it was just the other day I was writing a thumbs down to Riverbelle casino and now I am back and have no choice but to give a major thumbs down to Riverbelle's sister casino Lucky Nugget.
I happened to have at times enjoyed Lucky nugget. was not one of my favorites but close. There odds are not as terrible or fixed as there sister casino Riverbelle but I enjoyed playing the keno a few times a week at Lucky Nugget.
I would desposit 25 to 30 ( I would not deposit much more then that because there odds on poker is not great so why make a large deposit when I am just playing there keno) anyway I just saw they put on there site that the minimum you must deposit is 50 DOLLARS!!!!!!! thats right folks no matter what method your using to make a deposit with you must deposit a minimum of 50 dollars!!!!!!!
That is terrible and greedy of them. I would deposit 25 to 30 dollars a few times a week to play keno.
This is terrible and I will not play there anymore. Real land casinos would never even do such a thing. Lucky nugget cares nothing about what people can afford to deposit and wants to make sure they get more profit by making us depsoit a minimum of 50 dollars. I actually like Lucky Nugget I am just pissed that the you must deposit 50 dollars and nothing less. I enjoy putting 20 in for Keno. I have won 300 on a 1 dollar bet at keno in Lucky Nugget. I am not saying it causes me hardships I play and spend thousands a month with my husband playing great casinos on line.
I just don't feel I should have to waste 50 bucks when I just feel like playing 20 dollars on keno. But thats ok perhaps this is good because since then I have found the best casino. Casino us is number 1.Best wins and best customer service.

I play during 2 month on this casino and I always lost. One week ago I play 60$ and I received 60 $ bonus. Miracle I win ...I play 15 times my bonus and I requiest a Witdraw on my neteller account to 750$. The day after my account is locked .. they said me for security ! When you loose no problem you can be everyone but when you win ... problem. I send a copy on my passport with my physical adress but now they ask me a utility bill ( telephone , gas) I have a phone with prepaid card and my wife every utility bill on my house .

I have never wagered at Lucky Nugget Poker or Casino but just thought I'd point out something I think is pretty good.
I have tried to register at Lucky Nugget Poker and have had problems. I posted a message in the Casinomeister Poker forum about this on Feb 18th. I didn't bitch about it, just wondered why I was having trouble registering.
Well, Lucky Nugget Poker responded with a PM through Bryan, and then a PM directly to me through this site. I responded twice but apparently didn't get through because there was a new forum posting directed at me today from Lucky Nugget Poker, offering to help. This time I
e-mailed them directly.
Anyway, I think thats pretty good customer service since I didn't ask for them to respond and they keep trying to help me.

We all know what happens when you get those monthly bonus amounts - you go in an play, have no luck and put more money in. Well today was the exception to that rule and I just want to thank RiverBelle and BelleRock for a wonderful afternoon.
My bonus was only $38. Had alread killed off the bonus money at Lucky Nugget, Aces High, and Jackpot City. Worked it up to a whopping $52 and switched to Spring Break, where the fun began.
