Casino Webcam review - 76%
Here is what they say about themselves:
 About Us

Welcome to CasinoWebcam.com, the Internet's first casino where you can see — and hear — the dealers!

CasinoWebcam.com is an online casino featuring LIVE DEALERS via webcam! Using real-time video streaming, players see and hear actual games of blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and sic bo. Beautiful dealers deal cards, throw dice, and spin roulette wheels, and bet outcomes are truly games of chance, not pre-determined computer outcomes. What's more, players can chat with the dealers and hear responses using streaming audio.

CasinoWebcam.com is headquartered in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Financial transactions are processed through our financial subsidiary:

Secure Processing Limited
c/o 146 Twyford Road

Fair Games
Our Casino Manager has over 15 years of experience in land-based casinos. He supervises a team of Pitbosses and Dealers who have been trained to the highest standards of casino operations. In addition, he supervises casino procedures including:

Card Games: Every new deck of cards is checked to ensure that there are four suits (hearts, diamonds, clubs, and spades), and that each suit has 13 cards (ace through king). Decks are removed from service and burned periodically as directed by the Pitbosses.

Non-Card Games: All of our gaming equipment has been procured from world famous manufacturers such as John Huxley & Sons, and is regularly tested to ensure random outcomes.

Highest Security
At CasinoWebcam.com, your security is our highest priority:

Data Security: We use the the 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) technology to protect your data as it’s transmitted between your computer and our servers. SSL is the strongest protection available today, and is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet.

Cash Security: We maintain 100% of our customer balances in cash, or cash equivalents, so that your balance is available for immediate withdrawal subject to ID verification.

Account Security: Your account can only be accessed with your e-mail address and password. Please protect your password!

Identity Security: We require that users register their full legal name and full mailing address when creating an account. Users found to have registered with an abbreviated or false name or mailing address will have their accounts locked.

 Casinowebcam, Trick or treat??

only a few words as experienced roulette gambler: FORGET IT!!!!
...
Have you ever experienced that a landbased casino has a second ball next to the table?
Have you ever experienced that a dealer touches the table before the ball has landed?
Have you experienced that after the touch the ball lies next to your bet number ( 200 $ on the number)?
Video disappears very often
Video is made unclear after the ball seemed already to be fallen, and what a random now the number next to yours is the result (especially high bets on the number)
and so on maybe all random, but too much random is no random anymore
...
I have played Blackjack at webcam since it opened and it is great. Now, with the flash software, it is even better.
I have never seen any irregularities of any type. I win and lose like at any land based casino.
I realize that Valhel is very upset and that there appears to have been some mishap with the roulette ball, (where are the other players who witnessed this? Why didn't you contact them - there is chat? Where are the screenshots?). But the number of consecutive, unanswered posts and threats and forming of an organization - overnight!!! - is highly suspicious to me.
It sounds to me like some lawyers would like to make some money off online gambling
...
YOU are the one to blame, YOU are the addicitive here its not ONLINE GAMBLING but YOU who wasted all your money because of your irresponsibility. German Parliament won?t waste their time with **** like that.
...
Dude, did you say you have lost $160,000 gambling online? OMG. That is totally out of control. I remember reading your posts over the last couple of years. Man, you have got to leave this online gambling alone. Have you lost everything you own? Please quit now.
I hate to read things like this but at the same time nobody makes people do these things and i certainly think it is wrong to try to shut down the industry because a person cant control their gambling. Very Sad. Give it up dude.
...
You are a walking example of gambling addiction - you need to seek help!
I hope you reach out asap!
...
Yeah whatever - idiot. A year ago it was Intercasino roulette, before that Lasseters and CON. They're all cheaters and you're such a sharp rouletteplayer
None of them want your business any more - even if you're a big f...... loser. I wonder why - perhaps it's your "winning" personality??
...
Greetings everyone. It’s been over a year since I made my last post as FormerDHCM, a/k/a the new CasinoWebcam Manager.

When confronted with posts such as this, casinos are at an extreme disadvantage. Without the permission of the player in question, we can’t share relevant specific case details that might give further insight into the issue at hand. If we don’t respond at all, we appear unresponsive. Accordingly, I would start by saying that there is a lot more to this case than meets the eye. Some of the public or non-player specific details in this post, however, may give you an idea of what’s happened here:

- the player in question initially won – very high 4 digits in fact – and his wire transfer payout was delayed by 7 days because we could not verify the credit cards he used (he is a resident of an EU country but his card BIN returned a U.S. phone number) We eventually sorted that out and paid him.

- From that moment on, the player in question started losing in the aggregate over a 2 month period. By the aggregate, I mean that he was frequently up during a session, requested a cash-in, and then ultimately reversed the cash-in and lost it.

- As he continued to lose, his behavior became quite aggravated, including:

- several emails in which he insisted on seeing his credit card transaction ID bank confirmation numbers, as he implied that we somehow had convinced his issuing bank to increase his credit limit, or in the alternative, were authorizing transactions in excess of his credit limit (which is impossible)

- Abusive emails to our support staff, and ultimately, myself when I took over management of his account

- The abuse continued into our chat rooms on 5-6 occasions. An excerpt from one such incident follows:

> Player: Yep, hi for the last time

> Player: either you are really frauding me or i have so enormous bad

> luck

> Player: this spin smells fishy

> Player: hmmm, with this video quality we players have no chance

> Player: to feel sure

> Player: that there is no manipulation when needed

> Player: they screw us up very heavily as it seems

> Player: do you need the bad video quality for tricking???

> Player: again manipulation with this spin, incredible

> Player: they trick and trick

> Player: this table is clearly manipulated

> Player: f*** you all you bloody whores, you all should be damned, dirty

> frauders, the worsest for you all, drecksgrattler

> pitboss: "Please stop using inappropriate language in the chat room.

> Continued language will result in your text chat privileges being revoked.

> Please refrain from using that language."

> Player: shut up, you ashole

> Player: you frauding pig

> Player has left the room

- Various allegations of cheating on our part, mostly due to the known issues webcam gaming (e.g. poor video quality due to internet latency or dropped packets, dealer mistakes, etc.) All verifiable dealer incidents or dropped connections were handled under our normal support policy, which is to credit players with funds lost due to these issues, including potential winnings for a winning hand. He also received significant courtesy credits.
In his most recent email message, the player demanded a refund of all of his deposits in the last 30 days. (I might add that this was the nicest email I had ever received from this player). As I have been traveling for the past week, I was unable to respond to the player, and this morning, I received an email from the player in which he threatened to go to the message boards to force us to pay.

 CasinoWebCam

I would like to play here just because former DHCM is running the joint, but i honestly cannot make out what cards are being dealt.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just my bad eyes?
...
God, I've been through this over and over and I honestly can't decide which way to go.

To recap: we're using a video codec based in Active X, which allows for extremely smooth video (at least I hope your video is smooth!) with somewhat of a sacrifice in video quality. Other online casino sites use a video codec which relies on streaming .jpgs, so the video is quite choppy, but the clarity is high. I chose the former rather than the latter solely on based on the volume of customer comments we were receiving either way; it seemed like people preferred the smoothness over the clarity, since most people could see enough on the video to see that the cards there actually were the graphic cards on the software; in other words, they were not playing from the video, they were using it to verify the fairness of the games.

Either way, we get complaints. (And if we could actually achieve both, then we would probably be in the online movie business rather than the casino business! Bandwidth constraints are the issue.)

We are now experimenting with some different card printing proofs which will hopefully improve the clarity somewhat.

 casinowebcam,com :)

Well most of you probably know about this by now.. managed by FormerDHCM. They have live dealers, good software. Make sure you have a high bandwidth connection though for the smoothest/fastest play. I won about $400 there, and was just paid last nite (they've ironed out the bugs from their cashout system). I played BJ, their rules aren't the greatest (8 decks, hit soft 17, etc.) but it was a different experience from the usual playing against the computer.. here you can actually watch them shuffle the cards, so no screamin "rigged".

 CasinoWebcam and Shark Casino...

Want to give some more praise to Casino webcam for todays 2k profit(from 500 deposit). now only if they can speed up their cashout process from about 6-7 days to about 2-3 that would be wonderful. but no complaints here as Im happy playing there. id rather play live casino than software (except for fortune lounge and a few others). this way i know im losing or winning because of luck and not "take down modes" or "switches".
Anyone know anything about shark casino? I deposited $100, havent played yet but im just curious about them. Obviously im not a fan of RTG and hardly play it, but thats the reason I only put in $100. With rtg, id cashout with $150 and be happy lol
but seriously, if you had any experiences with shark, post them. I noticed their outrageous fee's for withdrawls which raised some red flags (100 dollars per wire transfer, 55 dollars for courier, 15 dollars for regular check rofl).
...
Playing at LIVE CASINOs live CasinoWebCam sure is a lot more fun than "other ordinary" online casinos, huh!
