Yes, golden palace can be a major pain in the rear for the new players. They will ask for tones of documents (must within 30 days) just to make sure you are real.

I would DEFINATELY not play at Aspinalls. This is a sister site to the infamous GoldenPalace.com . A month or so back I deposited and won a decent amount and initiated a cashout. Immediately I sent an email asking what documentation I needed to speed up the process.After 14 days without a response or being paid I called them on the phone and was told that they were waiting on my documentation and had emailed me this but that my ISP (AOL) was blocking the emails from getting to me. I explained to this guy that I had all the spam filters off and have my mail set up to get all email from everyone so what he was telling me about not getting their supposed three emails was baloney.Suddenly within the next half hour I got three emails from them. Hahahaha!! What a coincidence. In any event the gent on the phone requested a picture id so I sent it. He then emailed me back saying I need to send a utility bill so I sent it. A week or so later still no cash so I called again and he said he needed a second utility bill. Why not just request all this the first time?? It seems that no matter how many ids I sent them they would just ask for more.Finally after calling again a week later asking what is going on I got a very rude CSR who was actually laughing at me on the phone and who pissed me off so bad that I told her to reverse this withdraw as it was obvious they weren't going to pay.Boy did she get happy then and suddenly the service was great as they switched it in about two seconds and then proceeded to take my winnings and deposit back in less than an hour. I made my first dep at aspinalls $25 got a $50 bonus, met my WR requested my cashout $1300.00 they took of the sticky $50 and I sent in my drivers license, front and back of cc and the top to my bank statement, I had the money in my bank account on the ninth day. In anycase, what its saying is, you'll get a 200% bonus on your first deposit, but its a phantom bonus. That is, its good for playing with and winning with, but you never get to withdraw it. So say you deposit 100, you now have 300 to play with. You wager the whole thing 4x, avoiding the banned games, and if you have 201 or more left, you can withdraw. When you do, anything you withdraw automatically has the bonus (in this case 200) removed from it and you get the rest. so say you break even after wagering and have 300 in your account. You withdraw 300 and you actually get paid 100. Make sense?

The very first time when I asked for my money, it's a huge pain becuase they ask for 2 recent utility bills (within 60 days) and a photo ID. After that, they pay in 3-4 business days without any hassle.
